Hertz Global (HTZ) closed at 8.24 dollar after a gain of 44.3 percent. L'action therby broke above the 8.00 -mark for the first time since février 2024. This past week l'action has gained as much as 99.0 percent. It was also very high volume. Overall it was traded for 2199 millions dollar in l'action, which is 18 times as much as normal daily turnover. It also looks good technically. L'action is trend wise positive in the medium term, has marginally broken up through the resistance at 8.00 dollar and a further increase is indicated.
Novo Nordisk ADR (NVO) fell sharply to close at 58.08 dollar, down 7.6 percent. We must go back to mars 10 to find an equally steep drop. That time l'action lost 9.4 percent. This past month l'action has lost as much as 28.3 percent. The volume was also high. At session end it was bought and sold shares for about 1871 million dollar in l'action, which equals four times mean daily turnover. It does not look good technically either. L'action is trend wise negative in the medium term, has resistance at 120 dollar and a further decline is indicated.
Global Payments (GPN) ended with a steep loss of 17.4 percent and closed at 69.46 dollar. The previous time l'action lost this much was mars 16. 2020, when it closed down 19.2 percent. The volume was also high. At session end it was bought and sold shares for about 1220 million dollar in l'action, which equals six times mean daily turnover. It does not look good technically either. L'action is trend wise negative in the medium term, has resistance at 92.00 dollar and a further decline is indicated.
